Gillian Kontos - Regional Manager

With more than 25 years in the Residential Property Management Field, Gillian brings a management style which focuses on mentoring and counseling with an obsession to superior customer service. Earning her Certfied Manager's designation and completeing the Professional Leasing Program Gillian oversees more than 2,000 units in the Tampa-Orlando region, and has been a member of Blue Rock since 2004.

Haley Burroughs - Regional Manager

Haley brings 19 years of experience in the multi-family industry to Blue Rock Partners. Haley has worked in all facets of the business with an emphasis on management, marketing and training. During Haley's tenure with Blue Rock, she has overseen the day to day operations of 1050 units and successfully completed several multi-million dollar renovations.
