Principal Partners
Randy Ferreira, Principal, CPM
Prior to co-founding Blue Rock Partners, Mr. Ferreira was one of the founders of Landmark Residential. Over a three year period, Mr. Ferreira was a key factor in the acquisition of over 8,000 apartment units throughout the states of Florida and Alabama. He oversaw all management and repositioning operations while supervising a successful team of over 200 professionals. As one of the general partners, he was also involved in locating properties, underwriting, and involved in tactical exit strategies.
Prior to co-founding Landmark Residential, Mr. Ferreira held senior level positions in national and regional multi-family organizations. As a seasoned real estate professional, he built successful property management teams throughout his career and supervised in excess of 20,000 units and over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space. Additionally, he directed 100 million dollars of apartment renovation and supervised the new construction of 3,500 units throughout the Southeast. Mr. Ferreira is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, he has earned the coveted designation of Certified Property Manager, CPM. Randy is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the National Apartment Association, and the National Institute of Real Estate Management. Mr. Ferreira has strong Christain values and understands the importance of making his family the priority. He also credits his successes in life all to his strong relationship with God!
Reuven Oded, Principal
Mr. Oded started his real estate career in Canada where he ultimately became COO of Canpro Investments, then a $1.0 Billion commercial real estate development & management company. There, Reuven was responsible for the development, acquisition and financing of over 1.5 million sq. ft. in addition to overseeing the day to day operations of the firm.
Reuven thereafter held the CEO position with a large LA based real estate group with extensive M/F, retail & industrial holdings. There Mr. Oded was responsible for development, acquisitions, operations & financing of the firm which also included $100 million in new construction. Prior to co-founding Blue Rock Partners, Reuven was principal and owner of a commerical real estate investment & development company focusing primarily on M/F investments and commercial development throughout Florida.
Reuven Oded also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration.
